    Shapedge Studio provides brand identity design, visual design, and related creative services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual client proposals.

    2. Who Owns the Design Work?

    All design work created by Shapedge Studio remains the property of Shapedge Studio until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final agreed deliverables.

    3. Can I Reproduce Website Content?

    All content on shapedge.com — including case studies, images, and text — is the property of Shapedge Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    4. What Is the Limitation of Liability?

    Shapedge Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

    5. Which Laws Govern These Terms?

    These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
